KardPH Return, Refund, and Dispute Policy

At KardPH, we value transparency, fairness, and trust between our customers and partner merchants. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and disputes are managed when using the KardPH platform.

Transaction Cancellation and Refund Window

KardPH allows cancellation or voiding of transactions (for credit/debit card payments) within five (5) hours from the time of purchase.

  • Cancellations within this period can be requested directly through the KardPH platform.
  • Once verified, the transaction will be voided and no charges will be applied.
  • After the 5-hour window, the transaction can no longer be canceled or refunded as it will be processed for settlement with the partner merchant or store.

Refunds Beyond the 5-Hour Window

If a refund request is made after the 5-hour period or once the settlement process has started, KardPH will no longer be liable for any refund or replacement.

  • Customers must contact the merchant or partner store directly for any return, refund, or exchange.
  • Each merchant is responsible for managing these requests in line with their own refund and return policies.
  • KardPH acts only as a payment facilitator and does not own, produce, or deliver the products or services sold by merchants.

Damaged or Defective Goods

The quality and condition of purchased products or services are the sole responsibility of the merchant or partner store.

  • KardPH is not liable for damaged, defective, or misrepresented items.
  • Customers are encouraged to report such issues both to KardPH (so we can assist and remind the merchant about proper service standards) and to the merchant directly for resolution under their return and exchange policy.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you experience a dispute or suspect fraudulent activity, KardPH will assist in coordinating the chargeback process through the acquiring bank or merchant.

  • Merchants are responsible for verifying transaction authenticity and ensuring legitimate customer activity.
  • In case of a chargeback, the merchant must provide proof of fulfillment or transaction validity as required by the issuing bank.
  • KardPH reserves the right to deduct or recover any chargeback amounts, penalties, or related fees from future settlements or the merchant’s account balance.

General Provisions

  • KardPH may amend or update this policy anytime, in line with banking and payment regulations.
  • By using the KardPH platform, both customers and merchants agree to comply with this Return, Refund, and Dispute Policy.

Updates

KardPH may amend these Policies at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our official channels, and continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance.
